8. Parcel Marked as Delivered

When tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your parcel, take these steps:

– confirm with neighbours, building management, or any delivery safe spots
– reach out to the carrier with your tracking number

If the carrier confirms a lost package and your address details were correct, we'll send a replacement or process a refund at your request.

If delivery failed due to incomplete or incorrect information you provided, replacements and refunds are not available.

Report non-receipt within 45 days of placing your order. After that window, delivery is considered complete.

9. Withdrawal, Returns, and Refused Deliveries

Items being returned must be unused, complete, and in original packaging.
